A new method of evaluating well-controlled reserves of tight gas sandstone reservoirs

Abstract Based on static geology and dynamic production of typical wells in Yan'an gas field, a convenient method the controlled reserves was established combining with material balance (MB). The applied to 88 tight field. results show that: ①Controlled by pore structure, are divided into three types based morphology capillary pressure curve analysis parameter characteristics, their productivity is evaluated, respectively. ②The flow (FMB) ignores change natural compressibility, viscosity Z calculation. After theoretical calculation 30 samples, slope relationship between bottom hole cumulative average formation not equal. ③Compared MB, result FMB smaller, maximum error 34.66%. consequence modified more accurate, 2.45%, which has good applicability. simple, only requiring data high precision, providing new evaluate well-controlled sandstone. This significant application value can also offer reference values for other evaluating methods reserves.
